How to make an EO capsule

While Young Living has a fantastic array of powerful ready-to-use oil-infused supplements in capsule form (two of my favourites are Inner Defense and Longevity!), there are times when we might want to target-ingest specific oils.

Here's how to make your own EO capsules!

Easy Peasy😁

Empty veg caps are available in the US market here: https://www.youngliving.com/us/en/product/clear-vegetable-capsules

NOTE: If you are not in the US, you can still order from the US market via "NFR" (Not for Resale) by simply switching to the US flag 🇺🇸 on the top of your screen when logged into your Young Living account.

Essential Oils & Emotions

SO much more than a pretty smell! Not only are quality essential oils chock-full of anti-oxidants, anti-viral, anti-pathogenic and oxygenating properties (to name just a few!), they profoundly affect our emotions as well (see also the previous post I wrote on "EO's for the Brain")!

EO Blends for the Brain!

ree

And guess what Young Living proprietary blend has most of these in it?

Brain Power!

ree

This blend has been specifically formulated to include those oils that are high in sesquiterpene compounds. Research has shown that sesquiterpenes play a role in dissolving petrochemicals along the receptor sites near the pituitary, pineal, and hypothalamus. This helps to increase normal receptivity along those sites and increase the amount of oxygen in those areas. Increased oxygen around the pineal, pituitary, and hypothalamus can lead to increased mental capacity, mental clarity, and reduced symptoms of what has come to be known as “brain fog.”

YOUR HEALTH IS AN INVESTMENT, NOT AN EXPENSE.

These days one can’t go anywhere without hearing someone lamenting about inflation. True, it cannot be ignored.

With the costs of everything going up, we can find ourselves choosing less healthy options in an effort to make ends meet. But for our loved ones, that’s a quick fix with an expensive long-term consequence.
