MODALITIES

—Topical—

• Adults: For topical application: mix 5 drops of Thieves essential oil blend in 5ml (1 tsp) of carrier oil (preferably V-6 Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex). If a larger quantity is desired, maintain a ratio of 1 drop to 1 ml (5-6 drops) of carrier oil. Apply to area of choice up to 3 times per day (dilute more for children & babies).

• EASY ROLL-ON RECIPE: 40 drops Thieves oil in a 10 ml Roll-On, fill the rest with V-6 carrier oil.

—Aromatic—

• Diffuse 5-6 drops in an ultra-sonic diffuser  daily, or as-needed (I often diffuse at night while I'm sleeping).

• Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a handkerchief/tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times/day.

—Dietary—

• Add Thieves to an empty vegetarian gel capsule and take it as a dietary supplement to help support the immune system.* 

• Put a drop in your morning juice, tea, or coffee. The spicy, sweet flavor will give your morning beverage a flavor boost and provide antioxidant properties.* 

• Add a drop to oatmeal, granola, or other cereal to elevate your breakfast and help cleanse the digestive system.* 

• Take a shot of NingXia Red® with a drop of Thieves Vitality™ for a powerhouse boost.*
