I haven't had foot or leg cramps in several years since rotating nightly between KidScents Unwind (yes, adults can take it too!) and now the amazing new proprietary supplement Super Magnesium.

But, interestingly, tonight while lying in bed I got a locked-up cramp in the TOP of my foot--that's a new one!! Thinking I could just flex and rub it out, I gave it about 10 minutes... but it just kept progressing to the point of being super painful!
