Some important things to remember about redeeming your points:

1. Loyalty Rewards points will expire in ONE YEAR from the time of earning them, so it's a good practise to spend your amassed points every 8 - 10 months.

2. Only items with a flag next to them qualify for Loyalty redemption.

3. If you try to choose items with more value than your accumulated points this will disqualify one or more of the items from your list, so keep an eye on your total PV being spent in accordance with your total points.
